Our licensed property managers have years of experience managing and renting out properties in the greater Charleston area

Each licensed property manager in our program has multiple years experience in managing either single family rental homes or multi-family properties. This ensures that your property manager knows the ins and outs of all aspects of the rental cycle including preparing a property for occupancy, marketing, rent collection, maintenance issues and move-out processes.

Our Services


We advertise via varied avenues including MLS, website, Facebook promotional ads, Zillow and other 3rd party sites and internally to our 185 agents.



We do a thorough credit, background and rental reference screening of all our potential tenants.


We screen all animals through to ensure their status of emotional support, service animal or pet and gather pertinent information.

Each of our property managers have worked in the industry for years, adding quality experience to your management team.

Property Evaluations

We conduct a thorough pre-move-in, mid-lease and move-out evaluations using 360 degree, high-definition cameras to have a side-b-side comparison of before, during and after.

Owner Portal Access

We have an owner portal for you to access work order, statements, etc 24 hours a day.


Regular Owner Payments

We process owner payments via ACH every Friday, so once your tenant makes payment, no need to wait!


We have a simple pricing structure. $150 implementation fee, 10% management for a single home (there is a multiple property discount) and 50% marketing and leasing fee the month that tenants move in.
